1. Scope of Services

Fix Appliances Dubai provides on-site diagnostic assessment, mechanical and electrical repair, routine maintenance, and installation services for major domestic appliances across Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Services are scheduled upon customer request via phone, WhatsApp, or our online booking form.

2. Service Appointments & Site Access

Customers are responsible for providing clear and safe physical access to the appliance requiring inspection or repair. Where services take place within gated communities, residential towers, or commercial buildings requiring security clearances or work permits, customers must assist in facilitating necessary access for our technicians.

3. Diagnostic Inspection & Quotations

Before any repair or part replacement begins, a qualified technician conducts an on-site physical inspection to evaluate the malfunction. A formal cost estimate—covering required replacement parts and technical labor—is presented to the customer. Repairs proceed only following explicit authorization from the customer.

4. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure proper diagnosis and post-repair operational testing, customers must ensure that connected utility supplies—including electricity, water, and gas where applicable—are active and accessible at the time of the service visit.

5. Invoicing & Payment Terms

Upon completion of service and verification that the appliance operates properly, an invoice detailing the labor performed and components replaced is issued. Payment is due upon completion of the service visit, settled via accepted payment methods agreed upon during booking.

6. Warranty Policy

Components replaced during repair work are accompanied by a specific warranty period noted on the official invoice. This warranty covers defects in the newly installed parts and workmanship directly associated with the specific repair performed. The warranty does not cover pre-existing unrelated mechanical issues, accidental damage, power surges, water contamination, or improper use following service completion.

7. Limitation of Liability

While our technicians take great care when servicing your equipment, Fix Appliances Dubai is not liable for secondary or consequential losses resulting from appliance downtime, spoiled food, or pre-existing structural wear of surrounding cabinetry or plumbing connections.

8. Modifications to Terms

Fix Appliances Dubai reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect updates in operational practices or legal requirements. Updated terms are posted directly on this page.
